Join the Stanwood-Camano Little League Junior Umpire Program!
Are you a former Little Leaguer, passionate about baseball or softball, or simply looking for a rewarding volunteer opportunity?
If so, the Stanwood-Camano Little League Junior Umpire Program might be the perfect fit for you!
We’re looking for teens ages 13–18 to umpire baseball and softball games for 9–12-year-olds on weeknights after school and weekends during the day. No experience is necessary—we provide all the training, equipment, and rule books you'll need.
Our goal is to give kids opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed in a safe and supportive environment—and that includes you, too!

To ensure full coverage for games, we ask that all Junior Umpires:

Log in to your existing SCLL account, or Register a new account.

Select the Junior Umpire Program and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration.

If you're a minor registering yourself, a parent/guardian must sign and submit the Consent for Background Check during the registration process.
Registration Requirements
Before registering, please gather the following:

Government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, ASB Card, etc. If not available, upload a clear photo.)

Photo for ID badge (Headshot only — no sunglasses)

Abuse Awareness Training certificate (link below)
(approx. 45 minutes to complete; valid for one year)

Consent for Background Check (Minors only) (link below)
📌 Important: Missing or invalid documents will delay your registration and ability to umpire.
Once your registration is submitted, you'll receive a background check email from JDP. Please complete it within 2 weeks, or the link will expire.
Photo ID Badge
All Junior Umpires will receive a Photo ID badge with a lanyard, which must be worn while volunteering. Your badge will be printed and distributed as soon as possible after registration.
