Refund Policy

Stanwood Camano Little League (SCLL) has adopted a limited Refund Policy to ensure fairness while maintaining appropriate roster sizes and, in Drafted Divisions, preserving the integrity of the draft process.
Drafted Divisions include:- Softball Minors and Majors. Teen Divisions (Juniors, Seniors) may be drafted in seasons where registration numbers support more than one team.
- Baseball Farm "89ers", Minors "AAA", and Majors. Teen Divisions (Intermediate, Juniors, Seniors) may be drafted in seasons where registration numbers support more than one team.
General Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted through the official REFUND REQUEST FORM.
- Verbal or email requests will be redirected to the form.
- All refund decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
- Requests are reviewed within ten (10) business days of submission. If additional information is required, this timeframe may be longer.
- Refunds are issued to the payment card on file in SportsConnect.
- Check refunds incur a $7 administrative fee, may take up to 30 days, and are mailed certified (signature required).
All approved refunds are subject to a flat $25.00 cancellation fee, plus the cost of any uniforms ordered.
**There is a $3.00 SportsConnect software fee that is non-refundable in all circumstances, this payment goes directly to SportsConnect.**
Refund Request Types & Eligibility
General Withdrawal - Spring Season
Non Drafted Divisions (T-ball, Rookies, and any Teen Divisions not drafted for the season):
- Refund requests may be submitted up to the start of the scheduled season. Player must not have attended a practice.
Drafted Divisions (Farm "89ers", Minors "AAA", Majors, and any Teen Divisions not drafted for the season):
- Refund requests must be submitted up to the final day of Player Evaluations/Tryouts. No refunds will be issued once the draft has been completed.
General Withdrawal - Fall Ball
All Divisions:
- Refund requests may be submitted up to the start of the scheduled season. Player must not have attended a practice.
Injury Hardship - All Seasons
- Player may have attended practices but must not have participated in a game.
- Medical documentation covering the remainder of the season is required at the time of the request (email to [email protected]).
