• Softball Minors and Majors. Teen Divisions (Juniors, Seniors) may be drafted in seasons where registration numbers support more than one team.
• Baseball Farm "89ers", Minors "AAA", and Majors. Teen Divisions (Intermediate, Juniors, Seniors) may be drafted in seasons where registration numbers support more than one team.

General Policy

• All refund requests must be submitted through the official REFUND REQUEST FORM.
• Verbal or email requests will be redirected to the form.
• All refund decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
• Requests are reviewed within ten (10) business days of submission. If additional information is required, this timeframe may be longer.
• Refunds are issued to the payment card on file in SportsConnect.
• Check refunds incur a $7 administrative fee, may take up to 30 days, and are mailed certified (signature required).

All approved refunds are subject to a flat $25.00 cancellation fee, plus the cost of any uniforms ordered.

**There is a $3.00 SportsConnect software fee that is non-refundable in all circumstances, this payment goes directly to SportsConnect.**

• Refund requests may be submitted up to the start of the scheduled season. Player must not have attended a practice.

Drafted Divisions (Farm "89ers", Minors "AAA", Majors, and any Teen Divisions not drafted for the season):

• Refund requests must be submitted up to the final day of Player Evaluations/Tryouts. No refunds will be issued once the draft has been completed.

General Withdrawal - Fall Ball

All Divisions:

• Refund requests may be submitted up to the start of the scheduled season. Player must not have attended a practice.

Injury Hardship - All Seasons

• Player may have attended practices but must not have participated in a game.
• Medical documentation covering the remainder of the season is required at the time of the request (email to [email protected]).
